Webconferencing is usually a collaborative web meeting, wherein multiple people view and/or modify some material (such as a virtual whiteboard, a set of Powerpoint slides, or even someone's desktop) and participate in discussion. Communication is facilitated through text chat, phone conferencing, and/or internet audio/video.
